I am a long time adult gamer, primarily on PC. I play for skill and for fun, and I am the antithesis of the influencer/tech-nerd pandemic that has infected the world of gaming.
I have no corporate affiliations, no sponsorships.
I upload content because I value my gaming time, which is usually in short supply, and I want to contribute a little back to the more serious side of the gamer community; those that, like me, care about quality and not the hype, nor franchise nostalgia, and certainly not brand loyalty.
I also post honest reviews on Steam that are NOT paid for like every Influencer bit of fluff out there. Stop watching and listening to this garbage demographic of the gaming community. They have carried the torch of toxic gaming media culture that was in the form of deceptive, paid-for reviews during the 20'teens among all of the major gaming media sites (and clearly still are).
Gaming is, and should always be, a pleasure... not a chore, and not work.

I am an original, pre-Kickstarter backer of Star Citizen... and no, I did not continue dumping money into it since the original pitch back in 2012(?). But I would still like to see at least the singleplayer part of the game properly finished and released as was promised, once upon a time. I am also one of those early folks that backed Project CARS (before crowdfunding for games was a thing). I can also happily claim to have been a backer to some other gems like Kingdom Come, Dirty Bomb and Superhot, among others. I have put my money where my mouth is... money towards games that try to be better.
I have a very strong belief that the gamer community is equally as responsible for not holding various exploitative publisher/developers accountable. Call a spade a spade and support developers that actually support their own games, and not bleed gamers for every $$$ drop of DLC/content. And specifically DO NOT support devs/publishers that are blatantly trying to rip you off.
SAY NO TO LOOT BOXES!!!
I am also sick of broken Day Zero releases, pointless pre-order bonuses, endless loot/meta grinding/battle-season passes, and this sick obsession many have to play the latest over-hyped (and often broken) release that will ultimately be abandoned by most developers/publishers in a year or two after release.
And yes, as it says at the top of the site... it is pronounced BLOODBITE, not BloodBIT... just for clarification. I don't ever correct anyone over VOIP while gaming because: I really do not care. I changed my gamer tag from Bloodbite to Bloodbit3 for a variety of reasons including; the name BLOODBITE was mysteriously taken in a lot of games despite those claimed user accounts never having actually been active players. And even stranger, it was considered "offensive" in some games... more games than you would think. Within each of those particular games both the words BLOOD and BITE were deemed unnacceptable for use in any combination... this is the kind of soft, fucked up and corporatised world that we are gaming in these days. Once upon a time, back in the dial-up modem days of gaming, I also went by xXx_Loki_xXx. I was using "xXx" before it became a reference to any sort of clan. I was a lone wolf multiplayer, it was just a visual delineator to avoid association with any of the other "Lokis" out there (and there were a few).
SUPPORT: Any support is much appreciated. I am obviously not doing any of this for money, but if you want to throw something my way in appreciation for something that you found helpful, whether it is a gifting via Steam, or whatever, that would be pretty cool. But more importantly, I want you to stop giving your money and your time to shit AAA franchises/publishers.
